What better way to celebrate Earth Day than with video of the Audi R18 E-Tron Quatrro.   The fuel efficient R18 uses a V6 turbo diesel engine with the addition of hybrid power from a kinetic energy recovery system.  The diesel engine produces 558HP and the KERS unit adds up an additional 250hp.
