Cars and Coffee San Francisco July 11, 2015: The Crazy Bonkers Edition!
This wasn't our first pre-dawn raid down to San Francisco, but it may go down as the most memorable (though the event somehow gets better every time we go). It was T-shirt weather at 8:00 AM on Treasure Island, and the sun shone brilliant in the sky, putting a shine on everything in sight....and there was a lot in sight!
The queue of cars getting into the parking lot was better than most car shows. Muscle cars, duck walking stanced cars, late model Euros, home spun jankiness, likely most of the world's surviving NSXs (not exaggerating), and everything in between. We couldn't even begin to guess how many cars were on display...suffice it to say, it was about a million. And the cars on the main lawn....suffice it to say, they were a bit of overload. My neck still hurts from snapping around to see the next dream car to drive into the ever swelling crowd. There was so much...so so much to see, #pP1VeyronHuyaraF40Speciale918Aventador. This event was no less than a smorgasbord of awesome!
