British Grand Prix Review
Thank you Williams….Thank you rain. A combination of a blazing start by both Williams drivers and rain in the last 15 laps added much needed excitement to the British Grand Prix. This time Lewis Hamilton and Niko Rosberg had to work for it. Getting spanked off the line by the upstart Williams was surprising as Mercedes seemed to bog down on the start. For most of the race it was a four car train as Massa, Bottas, Hamilton and Rosberg fought for every tenth. Finally, we had the excitement and the on-track battles that F1 is really about and a few surprises such as Vettel’s third place finish.
McLaren Honda finally scored a point. Surprising that the once mighty McLaren is fighting for table scraps.
