Nor Cal Running of the Bulls!

TLP traveled down to Lamborghini of Los Gatos this morning to hang out with the Norcal Lambo Club for an event called Cars and Coffee.  Their very special guest was former chief test driver for Lamborghini, Valentino Balboni.  This was a tremendous event with a remarkable turnout of cars, their drivers, and scores of armchair fanatics like us.  Everyone in attendance had full access to meet and chat with Mr. Balboni, and he was more than happy to oblige every request for an autograph or a photo.  Mr. Balboni also made the rounds of the dealership parking lot to sign lots of hoods and dashboards of cars he almost certainly shook down during his 40 year career with Lamborghini.    

 

Norcal Lambos is hosting a series of events this weekend, in and around the Bay Area, featuring Lamborghini automobiles and the accomplishments, reflections and legacy of Mr. Balboni.
