This Thursday, TLP travels back to the year 2007.  The place is the streets of downtown Monterey. It was auction night during Historics weekend (the Year of the Indy Roadster).  We were lurking around streets, dark alleys and parking lots to see the best of the weekend talent until we saw these disguised beauties.
